The LS1 seems to be the motor swap of choice if you're looking for big power and light weight. It's a very potent package, weighing in at around 60lbs more than a stock KA24DE and having well over double the HP/TQ. Sticking one in a 240SX is no worse for the car's weight than driving around with two 10" subs and a couple of amps. This S13 looks to have had a clean install and is (thankfully) still sportin' the T56. The motor looks to have been rebuilt with choice parts and has one monster of a cam. The seller has a 5-lug conversion and Wilwood 4 piston calipers on hand, but not installed. The icing on the cake for this car is that the A/C is installed and operating, but not at full capacity. Find this beast here, in Dallas Fort Worth, TX, for an amazingly low price of $9,000 or trade for 98+ GS300/400 or G35 sedan/coupe.
