Event: July 2012 Eagle Rock Datsun Show and Swap Meet, Part 2

We're completely convinced that is a you met the human embodiment of a Datsun 510 in a bar, that they would charm the pants right off of ya in five minutes flat.

They're fun, quirky without being odd (we're looking at you Citroen), and always brighten your mood.

We've seen this car at just about every Eagle Rock event and we never get tired of that eye searing orange.

The wheel flares are a nice subtle touch.

You can find just about any performance motor swapped into a Datsun these days.

This 521 had a S2000 swap and was turbo'ed on top of that. We're betting this truck is an absolute handful on the way to and from Home Depot.

Always a pleasant sight to see a big turbo peeking out of an S30.

It's even better when that turbo is hanging off the side of a mystical RB motor!

You should never be afraid to bring an "in process" car to a show. 

We're looking forward to the day this 240z is complete.

Here's a car that we spotted in the parking lot of the Japanese Classic Car Show with an E30 M3 last year.

You can't go wrong with a simple KA24DE swap in a dime.

This car gave us a new found appreciation for the 280zx.

Another RB motor finds it's home in this 280ZX 2+2. This is the first time we've seen a big swap like this in a S130 chassis. 

This 1JZ was nesting in an unusual place.
