Event: Concorso Ferrari Pasadena 2010, Part 4

It's truly sad that Ferrari no longer offers a manual transmission. We will miss the gated shifters!

The F40 is by far, one of the best cars to ever come out Italy.
It's one of the very rare instances where a car didn't depreciate after it's sale.
The twin turbo v8 is an absolute work of art.
Little design "easter eggs" are hidden throughout the bay.
Not everything can be made in Italy.
Even cars as regal as the F40 have to pass emissions.
Nicely tucked down for a lower center of gravity.
It's kind of strange to see one of these open like this.
Just what we'd expect to see in the storage area of a F40. A complete change of clothes for when you have to run naked from your mistress' house, Hank Moody style.
The other side of the NACA ducts.
We'll get our hands on a F40 one of these days. The world will never be the same!
Here's a Superleggera of a different kind.
The exterior is alright on this car, but for us, the interior is a beautiful work of art.
It's hard not to appreciate the simple design and layout but the gauge detail is what's amazing.
Etched glass dial faces and needle bases. Absolutely gorgeous! They must look even better when illuminated at night.
We've got a much more content from the show coming your way!
