The Zr1 is a very special part of the early 90's as it was the first time that the American auto manufacturers proved they could build a car that kept up with the best the world had to offer. It was cheap, had wild performance specs that are still impressive today, and it looked great. This specific car has had some mild performance tweeks in the form of port and polished heads and intake, headers, and a tune that has brought the power up from the stock 380hp to about 460 flywheel horse power. This car hasn't been driven much, as it has 43,000 miles on the clock. If you don't know, the LT5 that powers these cars are dual overhead cam monsters that were based on the LTx architecture, but were completely revised by Yamaha Racing. The Zr1 is a great notch in the belt for American Manufacturers and we think that they will become serious collector cars in the near future. Find this fantastic example here, in Snoqualmie, WA, for $21,800 or partial trade for "guy stuff".
